DON BOSCO ACADEMY NALGONDA Inauguration of the Skills and Employment (DBASE) With Ministry of Rural Development, India. (MORD)

Don Bosco Academy has organized a programme on the rural development for the youth of A.P from different districts. The main aim of the project was to make the young men acquipt with a trade, which would help them to stand on their feet in life. The different courses that were animated for the students who attend the programme were: Computer training, Hospitality, Business Skills. The core were animated with out any cost, it was free and fair. It’s a great gesture on the part of the D B Tech for such a great step to help these young men.

The main guest for the Inaugural programme were, Bishop Joji  the DD of Nalgonda, Rev. Fr. Thati Reddy Vijay Bhaskar Reddy the vice provincial, Guthu Sukundher Reddy our (M.P) member of the parliament, D.R.D.P Rajeshwar Reddy garu, Rev. Fr. Anand the director of Don Bosco Academy Nalgonda, Rev. Fr. Ballamkonda Sudhakar the director the B.S.K. We also had many others like surpunch and other dignitaries. A great gesture on the students hand was inviting the guests with a band was very commendable. It was followed by a snack break for all the guests. After a couple of minutes the main guests were invited on to the stage.

The Programme commenced at 11.pm invoking the blessing of God upon all gathered there. We were happy that the entire guest were punctual for the programme, it was really a commendable part on them. At the outset Rev. Fr. Anand Director of the Don Bosco Academy welcomed all the chief guests on to the dais, by honoring them with a shoal and bouquet of flowers. Each of the dignitaries was given few minutes to express their views on this occasion. The Bishop of Nalgonda Govindu Joji on this occasion expressed that we need to be grateful to God and especially to Don Bosco who took the lead in helping the poor and abondand youth. He congratulated Fr. Anand the director of Don Bosco Academy for starting KG to PG education in the diocese and helping youth of his diocese. He also addressed that Jesus was a great example for all of us who worked without any reward.

The vice provincial of the Hyderabad province Rev. Fr. Thatti Reddy Vijay Bhaskar Reddy, expressed his views on saying that the youth of today are very important for the nation and they are the futures leaders of the nation. So the present foundation is essential for the tomorrow buildings. Our Member of Parliament Gutta Sukhender Reddy expressed that youth need be very receptive to needs and problems of the nation. He also stressed that there are many ways and means to earn the livelihood and to be a good citizen in life.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks given by one of the member of the D B Tech. it was really successful and learning event of the day.
